The methods of payment shall be as follows:

11. Guarantee

Customers will benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers and/or producers of each of the items. In the event that the item does not carry this document, it will be sufficient to keep the purchase invoice, in accordance with Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.

Damage due to incorrect use or handling of the product, or wear and tear caused by normal use of the product or its perishable nature, are not included in this guarantee.

12. Product Returns and Exchanges

After 24 or 48 hours, depending on how perishable the product is, after receipt of the product, no claims will be accepted.

The transport costs derived from the return of the product because it is in poor condition will be paid by GRADYFLOR ESPAÑA S.A.

In order for us to be able to correctly process the return of the product, it is essential that the product is in its original packaging.

13. Right of withdrawal

For the rest of the products, the refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated and provided that the goods or products subject to withdrawal have been previously received.
